Sturdy backpack
I bought this for a gift. It is sturdy snd substantial and holds a lot of stuff.

Bad product
After only 2 months of use, the logo has come off. This backpack only travels from school and home and gets very little wear and tear. My 9 year old son spent his own money on this and the poor quality is very disappointing. I don’t see anywhere to request a refund and send it back for return.

Durability not as good as it's design
Really great for separating and keeping things organized, but have had it for less than a month and haven't really been carrying anything heavy and have been using both straps but the left one started fraying and coming undone ... Not much durability especially for the price, I expected better.

Straps don’t hold up
I have had it for just over 4 months and one of the straps is holding on by threads. I haven’t had straps of a backpack come un-sewn like that before. Disappointed with its durability.
