I tried several times to email the customer service link with an issue on the top scratching pad coming apart on the sides. I never received a response from them.

Compré un cubo más para nuestro módulo. Nos gustan mucho estos productos, pero le doy solo 4 estrellas porque pienso que estos cubos deberían incluir un juego de conectores y varillas!

Cat loves it
I had an old version of this, and it lasted for many years. This one is even better. More Velcro and sturdier nylon. I will be getting more to make a "castle" for my cats.
