Great bike for a great price!
I’m impressed with this bike for the price! I was a regular spinner at a studio but they shut down due to covid. I was used to heavy tension, comfort & a stable bike. I didn’t want to spend the money on a pelaton so after researching bikes comparable to what I was used to, this bike beat others by far. The flywheel is 44lbs so there’s enough tension for a great workout. It was easy enough to assemble, just took some time (~2 hours). It’s stable, quiet and easy to adjust for perfect body alignment. I had it in 5 days of ordering!

Good product
So I am in love with this bike. My husband has done lots of research and this one was the winner for us. Very strong, noise free, great power I just wish there was a way to be able to adjust the handles. Been using it for couple of months and it's great.

Good Bike, the Worst Customer Support, No Really, Call Them!
The bike is fairly sturdy and rides pretty well. The main problem I’ve encountered is with Sunny Fitness. Unfortunately when I received my purchase more than 2 months ago, some of the parts were damaged. I’ve email and spoken to them on several occasions and they kept promising me that parts will be sent because they are covered by warranty. Most of the time when you call, they don’t answer. Before buying...give it a try.I really don’t have any issues with the bike. I saved a lot of money avoiding to buy a peloton so from a cost perspective, it’s a great buy. However, if you have any issues, good luck. I had read other similar comments but I told myself, it’s probably a fluke or just an angry customer that is never happy. Well, it happened to me.I don’t expect to buy from them again in the future. I wish they would just send me the parts they promised.

Terrible Customer Service
I purchased this bike to replace a bike I purchased in 2015.I really liked my old bike MN/ SF-B901.My old bike was chain driven and the chain broke and some other parts were wearing. So, I decided I should upgrade becuase this is somehting I use almost every day.I did a lot of research and decided to purchase this bike SF-B1711. I compared it to the Sunny website and it was cheaper to purchase through Amazon, and I saved on shipping. The bike came in two days!I am pretty handy so I was easily able to put it together (used my own tools as the ones provied are chincy).I have ridden it for several days now and I like it. I think my old bike was a bit more sturdy (I am a bigger person), but I do like the magnetic resistnace better than the old felt pads. The seat is more comfortable, and the hand grabs have more options. I also like the belt drive.It is much easier to adjust my old bike seat and handle positions. The new adjustment screws/pins have to be completely pulled in or out, wherease my old bike had spring release mechanisms which were much easier.this is not really an issue as I am the only one who rides the bike so I do not need to adjust anything...My major complaint and why i would not reccomend any Sunny product is on the customer service. It is non-existent.I tried calling them about my old bike simply to get a new chain.They do not answer the phone. I have tried calling several times, Left a few messages.I have reached out via the website/email, but other than an automatic email reply a week ago I have not heard anything.All I want is a part ( I am not even making a warranty claim). I know the part number, I know how to install it...does anyone actually work at Sunny?It makes me very concerned about my new bike. What if I do need to make a warranty claim?They offer a 3yr warranty on the bike. What good is the warranty if no one honors it.I have owned other bikes and I did not like them as much. I had an older bike from Nordic track. I did not like the bike, but they answered the phone.I would be very weary of reccomending any Sunny Health and Fitness product to anyone based soley on the lack of any customer service.The bike itself, I like it.UPDATE 2/15/21: Bike is still fine, however it has been a month and no one from Sunny has returned my email or phone messages. I have downgraded them to a single star as their customer service is non-existant.
