Dynastus 1 Quart HVLP Gravity Feed Air Spray Gun, 2.5mm Nozzle, with Filter and Air Regulator

Used the gun to refinish some furniture with Benjamin Moore Aura and some water based lacquer. I did a once over to fix a few small issues and then ran some lacquer thinner through it to clean out the oil film. I installed a water separator at the gun. I thinned the paint until it was a steady stream running off the stir stick and then laid down some paint. Clean up was a breeze. This gun is not top of the line but produces a good consistent finish.

Set it up right and it sprays latex very smoothly and makes a great finish. You DO have to thin down Marquee by Behr because that stuff is THICK. (about 20% with clean water).Make sure you filter out latex because even brand new cans have debris in them.

For the cost, this is a well made spray gun that does what it is designed for very well. Once properly adjusted I got pro results for a fraction of the cost of a Devilbiss primer gun.I bought this to spray heavy primer filler and it worked perfect.
