Ok as a long time Amazon customer who rarely takes the time to submit a review I would like to comment on this product and my overall thoughts on Amazon and its service.First the Tenacious Tape. This product worked great for the application at hand. I have a 30 yr old tent that had been stored for the last 20 after moving up from tent camping to the world of towable and driving campers. I pulled the tent out to see what condition it was in and discovered that a mouse had likely camped out in since I had. There were several spots in the floor and walls of the tent that had been nibbled through. After researching my options I learned that this was my best option. The tape was easy to work with once you learned the nuances of its tendency to bond to itself when attempting to apply. After a brief trial and error I learned that the best way to apply after cutting to size is to leave as much of the backing on the tape and after securing one side remove and slide the backing off. Also I originally ordered two rolls which was more than enough to apply to the tears. Or so I thought. What I didn't realize was that on a tent or any similar two sided repair the adhesive if only applied on one side will stick to anything where the open part is. When folding the tent up it the fabric that touches the adhesive will inadvertently stick to the one sided repair and create more issues the next time you go to use the tent. So in reality I only ordered half. No problem not in a huge hurry so I went to order more tape from Amazon. Now I will get into my biggest issue that I have with Amazon. The same day that I received the product when I went to order two more rolls the product had increased almost 30%. I know it was only 3 bucks but for the life of me as a consumer this never sits well with me. I have been utilizing Amazon for years and as a comparison shopper find my self buying less every year. I like the convenience of shopping on line but Amazons prices are less attractive. I called around and fortunately one of the big box sporting retailers had the item in stock so on the way to work I was able to get what I need at the exact price that I originally bought the first two rolls. Again I know its only three bucks but to me its the principal. I am in the wholesale business and if I raised my prices 30% on the exact same stock two or three days after a customer bought an item I wouldn't be around for long. Sorry for the long review, that's probably why I rarely submit.

This is $$$ but the most durable patch I've found. 2nd time I've bought this! Read the directions, they're very helpful.

So my dog ripped some sizeable holes in my pricey double sleeping bag. Looking on how to repair it I found great reviews on tenacious tape. I wasn't sure which to buy so I got both the clear and the green. Glad I did. I needed 2 rolls to fix the holes. There is only 20 inches in each roll. I now had a way to compare. I suggest if you get this stuff to repair nylon sleeping bags/jackets etc get the colored fabric tape even if it's not a great color match. The clear is bulky and in the end looks worse. I ordered another roll of the green now but for now the clear will do. This stuff really is TENACIOUS though. Sticks amazingly well!! have to say the FABRIC tape is amazing! The fabric tape is barely noticeable when you slide your hand over it. I wish the rolls were bigger but still it's worth it. The clear however is pretty horrible looking and hard to use on a sleeping bag. It also feels very bulky and well..... plastic. Might be good for something plastic. Definitely worth even a poor color match to use the fabric tapes.

This stuff works great for mending holes, as well as attaching light-weight cables. I've used it on (clean, dry) tent fabric, as well as slick fiberglass surface and it seems to hold quite well. As mentioned, it's reasonably "forgiving" - initially permits adjustments and sets up stronger over time. However, avoid letting it adhere to itself. Once applied, it appears to repel water quite well.This stuff beats the heck out of duct or gaffer's tape. Obviously, it's not going to adhere to powdery or uneven surfaces. Not sure why anyone posting a negative review had issues with this product.

Totally false and misleading advertising. Absolutely not water resistant or washer safe. I specifically bought this tape to repair a tear in my down jacket because the seller description states:"Make a washable repair sealed with this repair tape featuring a waterproof coating that won’t peel off over time; available in 3”x20” strip"Complete lie. I actually had multiple pieces of tape on different spots on my jacket. After a few days of applying the tape, to make sure it had dried and stuck properly, I put it in the washer. Every single piece came clean off well before the wash was even up. So this was not just one bad piece or placement. Again, every single piece of tape I used came clean off very quickly. For the one spot with a large rip -- the primary spot I needed to use tape to repair -- all the down came out since the tape came off partway through the wash.Duct tape would have been better and saved me $9. And I would not have an entire patch of jacket without down. Will be disputing this purchase with Amazon for false claims.There are some reviewers here who seem to have had better luck; my guess is they were reviewing a different tape. Seller may have changed the tape quality over time. Do not put anything with this tape in the washer and likely do not even get it wet.

I hardly ever take the time to review items but felt I had to because this product is AMAZING!I was able to repair my beloved hiking pack that I thought would otherwise be useless.The tape material binds to my pack so we’ll (just tested it on a 12 day international trip).I do want to caution (as others have) not to get the clear tape as that is a different material than the solid color ones - more what I’m suggesting is read the material info carefully so you get the right kind.Obviously I could not match my color but I found the sage green to be a nice color and maybe even added a little character to my well-loved backpack. I plan on buying more to have for supply for other camping equipment.

So happy this ripstop tape exists, it’s durability and flexibility made fixing my down jacket a breeze - because the jacket is camo you can’t even see it! Love it

Einbau sehr einfach aber trotzdem durch Stellschrauben sehr genau möglich. Ich habe die Stellschrauben nicht noch extra am Estrich verschraubt sondern habe die ganze Rinne in Estrichbeton fixiert. Zum besseren Ablaufen des Wassers muss man den durchsichtigen Stöpsel am eingebauten Siphon entfernen, sonst bildet sich nach längerem Nichtgebrauch eine Luftblase die denn Wasserablauf verhindert. Verarbeitung der Rinne in Nirostastahl perfekt. Habe die innenliegende Abdeckschiene noch genauer angepasst damit sie sich in der Rinne überhaupt nicht mehr bewegen kann. Gibt ein besseres Sicherheitsgefühl am nassen Fliesenboden.

Is excellent, repaired a coat and car seat. Used it all so have just got second onw

Easy to apply, except when I had to separate the backer with the stickie part.Seems to work well. Very light weight and flexible. I would consider adding this to my backpack on a trip,
