PF Tape, 0.2 Ounce

Unbelievably fast relief. I had to use them for about 6 weeks before I could go to KT tape. Still using a single strip of KT tape, but this product was a great therapeutic tool. Don't bathe with this product on. Water makes the tape come off but the adhesive remains and is hard to get off at that point.

Used these for several weeks. Seemed to help; provided some relief. However, had to stop using the product as it irritated the skin in the metatarsal area of my foot to the point wearing socks and shoes caused pain. I speculate it was the adhesive on the tape that caused the reaction.

These don't quite feel like they should work, once applied, but they have done wonders for my PF. I'm now back up to 3+ miles/walk after being unable to walk more than 1/5-mile without severe pain.

My wife uses these for plantar fasciitis. She puts one on in the morning before work and says the tape helps tremendously with the pain level. It doesn't take it away completely, mind you, but it reduces it to a manageable. So for that reason, I give this a 5 star without any hesitation.

Wish the foot doctor would have recommended these a year ago. No pain getting out of bed in the morning and overall I've gone from extreme pain in the mornings and evenings to a 75% improvement. I've been taping my foot for probably 3 continuous weeks and will do so until I return to the foot doctor in March.

Went from not being able to walk on track due to foot pain to Im now running on the track. When used correctly this tape is amazing!!!

Other than pulling off my skin - it is the only thing I have found that helps to keep my feet feeling amazing! It has helped me to get through days when I was in lots of pain.
