So I purchased this stain remover because we didn't have any. After looking at the reviews, I figured, why not? Our dog hasn't made any sort of mess in a long time...but I knew it was only a matter of time. And a day after I received the pet stain and odor remover, our dog got down some chicken from our counter that was defrosting (while we were away), and took it over to our new area rug and proceeded to tear the package open. Chicken juice and chicken wings all over the rug. I used this stain remover and it took care of the stains really well. It has a pattern on it so some of the stains might be hidden, but for the whiter areas, I can't see the (bloody) stains anymore. I honestly don't know how it would fare on a cream-colored or white carpet, but it's worked for us so far.I'm very happy with this product so far.

I have used this since I got our puppy. I use it on carpet and ceramic tile flooring. It removes the smell (I always clean up, as soon as I see the accident as well,) and it doesn't really leave any checmical or odor. I also use clorox wipes over the cleaned surface. You are not able to tell that my puppy has had accidents in the house.I also spray it on the couch and her bedding to remove any smells, I keep her fairly clean along with the smell of my 3 other little ones. I recommend this over anything, since it has worked for me.

I wanted this to work and had read many of the other reviews before buying it. One of our dogs used the restroom in our guest room out of spite (she totally knew what she was doing). We had used the carpet cleaner we normally use for little messes, but it didn't do much. I bought this hoping the smell would go away. It did for a minute, but it didn't last and we ended up just getting our carpets professionally cleaned.This make work on less aggressive scents, but it didn't hold a candle to pet urine.

This works well in odor removal. It works are the carpet. I soak the stain let it sit for an hour or so. Then I put a towl down and walk on the spot and soak all of it up. Then I get a rag with hot water and scrug the surface. I do the dry towl thing again and let the carpet air dry. Odor is gone. I have tried many and this is the only one I use now. Smell if not strong. I recommend it.

Dogs continue to pee in same spots even after cleaning with this product. I thought the product was supposed to keep that from happening. Product smells good and cleans wells.

Does exactly what it says it will. Cleans well and eliminates odors. Also in a good sized bottle that has lasted me over a month of daily use. Does not seem to deter my puppy from peeing in the same spot after about 24 hours, but I also do not have any carpets, and, anyways that is not the purpose of the product. Overall, great buy and I will buy again.

I have trieds many different pet sprays in the past few months of raising my first puppy, and this is the absolute best one! Great light scent and is incredibly effective at getting rid of messes. I have tried sprays from the pet store or grocery when I am in a pinch, but I always come back to this spray!

I have light colored rugs, and a sweet little dog who can't seem to figure out what going outside is for. This really gets rid of the stains. Very happy with the purchase.
