Nature's WayChamomile Flowers, 100 Vegetarian Capsules

My daughter suffers from anxiety, mostly social anxiety. After doing extensive research on nature remedies, I decided to try Chamomile. It works GREAT for my daughter. She can be in social situations now without stressing out and she is able to deal with the stress of college much better. It has also been very effective for her ache and menstrual cramps. I would highly recommend this product. It has many benefits (other than what I mentioned above). The capsules are slightly smaller than "normal" capsules. As far as we can tell, there are no bad side affects.

These little tablets are great for calming stomach and gastro problems - they also help me sleep better.

Chamomile requires a little bit of experimentation to see exactly how it affects your body, but once you get it, it works wonders. I take 2 pills 1 hour before bedtime, and sleep like a log.

I bought this as a sleep aid and it does work for that purpose, but it is not a traditional sleep aid.Chamomile has a calming effect, so if you have an overactive brain at bed time it will help calm that, and it did just that for me. However, it does not put you to sleep. I also found that if I used it more then 3 days in a row it did not work as well, but if I quit for a few days and used it again it worked just fine.The biggest plus of this product is that it has no side effects from what I can tell. So if you are having difficulty sleeping its worth giving a try.
