Good but need some modification
The case fit the internals nicely and mine did not come with the BMW logo. The only problem was when you take out the Key once inserted it would need a little bit more force to pull it out. But to fix that issue you mildly smooth the edges of the right and left indentation that the key clicks in to. Once you do that the key will be work perfectly fine.

So far, so good
I'm pleasantly surprised so far. I wasn't expecting a perfect match, but from what I gather so far it's pretty close. The key fob shell itself is identical in proportions and the material and color seem to be an exact match. I had replaced the battery (and messed up the old fob in the process, hence the replacement) and the new battery and PCB insert fit perfectly in the fob. It has a nice, solid click when pressed together and sealed. FYI, the fob shell arrives unassembled, so no worries for pulling it apart. Just insert the guts and click together. I was also pleased that the fob comes with a BMW sticker applied (it's covered by black tape, you just have to remove) and it seems like a close match. That saves the $10 I had set aside to order a replacement badge from FCP Euro. I can't tell if the texture of the logo is the same, but at this point I'm not overly concerned and it's good enough for me. The only difference I've noticed is with my old key insert itself, which has the slightest gap when inserted in the fob. I don't think you can even see it in the photos, and it doesn't bother me - and I'm particular. If you see the photos of the two keys side by side, you may be able to gauge the slight difference in dimensions. I'm personally not using the key blank, as I have the original key and just need a new shell, so no comments on that. Net result, I'm happy with the purchase and relieved that I only had to to spend $20 (battery + key fob shell) versus the $240 odd bucks the stealership quoted me.UPDATE 8/9/20: The gap is no longer an issue, I reinserted the key and it's a tight fit. I have now noticed the shapes and text are a little off, but just a little. Also, the grey / silver portions of the key have a slightly different color and the replacement key is a little more matte in finish. I'm still very happy overall and the key fob works perfectly.

Great for replacing original BMW fob!
The assembly was easy and it works fine. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that this fob hangs up in the ignition just bit. It goes right in to start the car, but you have to wiggle it a bit to get it out. Functions perfectly otherwise and seems well made.

Beware the replacement battery fitment
The J-ACCES Replacement Key Fob Case is nicely made and is almost indistinguishable from the original after you scrape the black tape off covering the BMW logo. The original BMW circuit board with the original battery fits like a glove, but not so with most replacement batteries. The original battery is flush-mounted to the circuit board, while the replacements have legs that hold the battery off the circuit board about 1/16". This stand-off is enough that the circuit board will not easily sit down into the back-side half of the new fob. Either trimming the plastic supports or filing the triangle upper section of the battery's legs is necessary to get it to fit. Even then, I tore one of the spot welded legs free on the new battery trying to get a good fit.I have thus far not found a source for an OEM identical Panasonic VL2020 battery with the spiral style legs that easily fits flush to the circuit board.
