Absolutely disappointed with this brand, it was ok when they arrived. I usually do not swallow the plastic capsules, so I remove the powder from inside and blend it in a smoothie . First couple of times it was ok, after that something went wrong, the inside powder became kind of wet and absolutely impossible to remove it without cutting the plastic. Won't buy again. Try Garden of Life brand, a English probiotic brand. Expensive but much better quality.

Overall good product. Just somewhat pricey but so are most high concentration probiotics

Good quality probiotic help me good digest gas and bloating also help to observe nutrition from food I recommend this one to try but buy from good reviewed sellers otherwise you may received dead probiotic bacterias in capsule form

Tomo 1 de manhã outro à noite. Não senti muita diferença até agora. Fazem menos de 2 semanas que estou tomando.
