Early days - worth the price so far - pan tension adjusted/Arca Swiss compatible
Well made. Having tested it for a few days it works pretty well. Pan and tilt was smooth. As others have said the pan is particularly stiff and following a suggestion from another reviewer, I adjusted the pan tension by removing a black cap under the main plate (see my video on how that is done). Other reviewers have asked if it is compatible with Arca Swiss plates and I would say "yes, by fitting an Arca Swiss base plate to the plate supplied with the head" - see my video. When I've panned 360degrees with this the level does vary. I'm not sure why that is, it may be the head itself or the fact that I'm not setting it up quite right. I can live with that if it is a permanent issue as the variance is not great and I'm not likely to film many 360degree shots. I've yet to try it out as a panorama head for stills, so the level issue may be a problem there. That said for £30 it is a good addition to my equipment. If I need a top notch tripod and head I'll hire one.

Pan problem solved.
Just bought this and I'm very pleased with it. Only problem I have found is the Pan is very tight/heavy, also mentioned in other reviews. The head comes with a hex key? I've found that tip the head right the way forward and there is a plastic cap in the centre, removal of this cap (lever it up) reveals a hex screw, this alters the drag on the Pan. Now I have beautiful head balanced to my camaera,. Hope this helps. Nice piece of kit. This adjustment is not mentioned in the instructions.

Ok
The product costs less than an average Fluid head. This is for a reason. One side I found easily comes off. Which means you have to unscrew, attach the side and screw back again (This will happen often if you have a heavy camera; mine is a Canon 6D Mark II). I didn't even use this for 2 projects and the side that is attached got stuck. So now I am unable to turn it up and down, only side to side, which kind o fdefeats the purpuse of having it. Personally, I would spend a bit more money and get a better quality rather than this one which breaks easy and by the looks of it, stops working soon. Wish I could get my money back.

Solid and looks pretty much dependable.
Neewer stuff seems to be getting better and better: I am using this with a Neewer small rig and DSLR to shoot small scale videos. It is very well dampered, helping to make some very controlled shots, should you want or need to move the camera and the quick release is very handy as I can leave it permanently on the rig for quicker set-up's. It is quite heavy duty, certainly enough for a dslr, rig and mic: I have added a small video light and spirit level too, which is still some way under the maximum weight of 11 kilos. It is very simple - just pan and tilt, so it is not for anyone looking for 3 way movements, Dutch angles etc. although you could set the tripod up if you wanted to for this effect. A pretty solid tripod head, overall.

Not great
It’s ok. Not exactly smooth like you’d expect from a fluid head though... I can get similar results from a regular tripod. Also the tightening nut sits under the camera so near impossible to do up and undo
