Deeper into the wilder lands I plunged, my devoted manservant by my side and a host of others willing to protect this Container from falling into the hands of the enemy, for it was the object of his desire. I pressed on through loss, hunger, fear, and illness, lugging the cumbersome glass beverage recepticle diligently through swamp, fen, dale and mountain. Through the annals of Moria I passed, through Lothlorien where my mission curried the favor of the Lady, and down the mighty Anduin river. Orcs attacked, the weather turned, I became lost. But in my darkest hour, a light inside me burned true. I knew I must cast the Container into the fires of Mt. Doom. Finally, just as the power of the Container threatened to overtake me, the fell object was released from me as a burden. It bubbled and hissed, destroyed by the hot depths of the evil mountain itself. Suddenly a great weight was lifted from the land, and peace reigned again. I visited my brother from another mother, the rightful King, and although he invited me to stay with a hero's welcome, I declined, sailing instead to the undying lands.*Bought for making sun tea. The container leaked all over my fridge. Ten out of ten would cast into fires of Mt. Doom even if Mordor's hospitality rating is at an all-time low*

This is really cute and it is a great size. However, the liquid barely comes out of the spout. It takes a really long time to fill up a glass.

Just unboxed it and I’m a little disappointed. I bought it specifically for a graduation party this weekend. No clue yet how well it works but right in the front just above where the spout is, the glass is scratched. If it were anywhere else on the container it wouldn’t matter as much but for a party pitcher having the imperfection right in the front kind of sucks.

Way smaller than I expected, probably my fault. I thought the insert was for fruit and such. Totally not what I excepted and I would not have paid that much for it. Sorry for the bad review.

I bought these to use as laundry soap dispensers. They barely let detergent through the spout!! And the top rubber ring makes it look as though it wouldn’t leak if tipped over.. it does leak!

We use it to make sun tea. I wish I'd thought about how heavy glass is compared to plastic! Other than that, it does a great job. (I have arthritis in my hands so bear that in mind)

Currently redoing my laundry room and I wanted to be fancy and use this dispenser for laundry detergent! I think it does a decent job! It’s a little slow because it’s clearly not designed to dispense a liquid so thick. But over all impressed.

After washing one time the lid came off and we can’t get it back on. I wouldn’t buy another unless the lid screwed on. 😕😕
