Kate Kearney Whiskey Fudge in Tin 175G

Gave this to my husband as part of his Valentines Day gift. It arrived in a timely manner and the tin is really cute. The fudge is just that, fudge - no chocolate, so don’t expect that. It had a caramel/whiskey flavor to it. Not bad, but nothing special.

Just what I expected. Not overwhelming

Great candy..not really a fudge, it breaks apart too easily for that..BUT, it has a "hint of Irish" with that bitta Irish whiskey flavor and the nice gold foil wrappings..Like a treasure..The tin is a KEEPEER... So, useful for many things. So, a nice product, especially as a gift, or a special something to have around one's own home.

Sum it up Is very good. Wish more pieces but it is very good. Came as described an on time.

I ordered a sample of this candy to try before purchase of a bulk order for a wedding. The individual taste testers all liked the candy - it definitely has a mild whisky taste. This is more like a soft caramel that a hard fudge. Very pleased with the taste. In the taste test, it received 15 thumbs up.

I was disappointed to see that this was not fudge. But individually wrapped caramels. Had my heart set on fudge. It had no fudge taste. Sorry but was just sad, because I rarely get to ever leave my dwelling to be able to enjoy things. So I thought an online treat of one of my favorite things might help boost my mood. Only to get yet another disappointment in life.

Bought for a friend who we went to Ireland in 2012. I bought it for the metal box and to decorate with it. My friend was in a Whiskey demonstration and picked Irish Whiskey over all the others when he was blind folded. He is still at his winter warm weather destination until Spring. So, have no idea how the fudge tastes but he likes chocolate and he loved Irish Whiskey so it should be a win, win.

Had been to Ireland recently and missed the taste of this fudge. Bought it here and was very happy with purchase. The pieces are small, but the taste is good and they're very rich. The tin is a nice way to store for cookies etc.
