The material used as the capsule is extremely sticky. It gets suck in throat no matter if I douse in water prior. I've tried to hold in mouth with water, even put butter on it. When I experimented with other clear capsule products like herbs or vitamins they didnt stick in throat. I did a test on my lips to see it it's the only one that stuck to my lips vs other capsules, sure enough this one stuck there without any other influences.Super odd review, I know.But so bad have to return.

I took one of these before bed and over the course of an hour began slowly becoming drowzy so that was already great. I didnt want to suddenly feel tired it was very gradual. I live in a dorm and for anyone else who has you know how loud it is and I could not sleep until 2 am. These knocked my out by 11:30. For the price and quantity these are the cure to sleepless nights. I had no side effects and felt awake as soon as i woke up. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Can't imagine taking anything stronger than the 5mg. Works great. I take it an hour or two before bedtime and sleep like the dead. No crazy dreams or sluggishness the next day. Thank You Made In The USA!!!

The capsules are a manageable size and contain no magnesium stearate, colorings, or any other artificial additives. The dosage is 5 mg, good for a good night's sleep. And the price is very reasonable. All in all, the best melatonin offer I found.

Decided to try these. Had been using another brand. Finding Nutricost works much better. I take as directed. I start getting a little drousey in less than an hour. Then go to bed and sleep uninterrupted for 6-7 hours,
