Nice mat for stretches!
Soft material and thick enough to pad my bony knees for certain stretches. It comes with a simple strap harness if you are going to carry it anywhere. It lays flat and the end has very little curling which also flattens out after a few minutes. The material seems durable enough and there is no tearing or flaking. It is very comfortable on my hard wood floor, I will be using this every day. Great mat, worth the price!
