The BEST salt to use! It only takes a small amount because it's very favorableI've mainly been using this salt mainly before drinking my water. This salt has the most minerals and nutrients available. When I let a chunk dissolve before drinking water it helps the water be better absorbed into my cells. I notice a difference when I use it and when I don't.I've used for cooking and it takes much less because it's very flavorful. Himalayan salt is second to this and I use that more for cooking.This salt has been hard to get a times so I choose to use it more for my water absorption. I highly recommend.

I have heard some many good things about eclectic salt and it’s benefits and now I finally have the chance to give it a try. I have added this to my daily regimen early in the morning by placing a pinch of salt under my tongue allowing it to dissolve before sipping on some warm water for optimal absorption. it’s been a few days, but I can say I feel a slight difference in my energy in the morning which is wonderful as I fast 16 to 18 hours out of the day, and the celtic salt replenishes any mineral or electrolytes I maybe missing during my fas. Great tasting, and healthy with minerals our bodies need, can diffenatly feel a difference when I take a few grains with a glass of water.

Celtic sea salt is great and extremely healthy and has a burst of flavor no need ther salt product has.

I usually get larger bags of this stuff. I misread the size. and ordered it. when it came i thought i got ripped off. then looked over my order and found It was me not the vendor. I took 1 star off because im a moron.
