Despite what the item description says, the formula of this toner has changed. The sodium hyaluronate is much farther down the ingredients list than before, for instance. This might be ok, I am still evaluating how my skin reacts to the new formula. I have been breaking out since I started the new bottle, but that could be due to other factors, the jury is still out. However, the new bottle contains 20% LESS product for the same price as the previous version. PC has been steadily raising prices for years, and rarely offers discounts greater than 20%, except for discontinued formulas subject to clearance, but this is their sneakiest price increase yet. I’ve always liked this brand, but they are letting competitors show them up at every turn these days. I have many other options for a good, cruelty free toner these days, and after I finish this bottle (maybe sooner if breakouts continue) I’ll be checking them out.

I went with this product thinking it's natural which means no harmful ingredients. I did nothing for Ms. It was like water in a bottle. You have to use a significant amount to apply all over your face and the pea hole on the bottle top makes it hard to get the product on the cotton ball.Waste of money
