I like this product. Comparable to the women's active vitapak but better for the workout. However I did have a pack that didn't contain the thermogenic so that threw off the pack for that day. I bought it because it was on sale as this product is expensive compared to other vitapaks.

Overall just looking for something to help get me started with my weightloss/fitness journey. I've tried this before and was very happy, i was also wayyyyyyy smaller and found that this did help when i was trying to shed the extra few pounds. It seems as though it's a little more difficult however i know this is not a fast track to losing the weight. It's just supposed to assist in the weight loss. Overall happy with the product and it doesn't what it's supposed to. I overall feel healthier and somewhat lighter, it does allow me to make conscious decisions of what i am eating and my physical activity. Overall happy with the product. I did notice that it messed with my period a little. I do recall it happened last time, nothing crazy just a little spotting.

I've been eating breakfast first (as instructed) and then take all of the vitamins in the morning, however these upset my stomach. I'm on the 2nd day of taking them. I like the extra energy, but certainly don't want to feel bad in the mornings.

I take these pills every day as they help to keep me from having the dreaded afternoon slump. On workout days, I take the dark green pill at least 30 minutes beforehand. If you are sensitive to caffeine then I'd recommend not taking this as the dark green pill is pretty intense. Love it and it's infinitely cheaper on Amazon than at GNC.

I only took it 3 times. It made me feel nauseated all the time. So now I'm stuck with an expensive product that did nothing

I am disappointed with this product. When I bought it from the actual store, the stimulant actually worked. I took this for a few days and it did nothing. It didn't increase my energy at all. I even tried to take the stimulant before an evening workout, and it still gave no energy and I had no problems going to sleep being that I took it in the evening. I am probably going to throw the rest away.
