Dollop Gourmet Frosting Vanilla Madagascar, 12 oz

I learned one thing about Amazon reviews....I do not trust the reviews unless they are VERIFIED PURCHASERS. Anyone can come along and write nasty things about products and in todays world I find it more and more.Unfortunately the jar I received was damaged and the seal was broken. I emailed Dollop and they quickly apologized and refunded my money, although I just wanted another jar. I had ordered the Vanilla and couldn't help myself I had to taste it anyway. So I scooped off the entire top 3/4 of the top portion and threw it away and tasted what was left in the bottom.I found the texture VERY CREAMY and perfectly sweet, like FROSTING should be. The vanilla spice was wonderful. I will buy it again, being a type 2 diabetic coconut palm sugar is something I can tolerate. I just need to find it cheaper. What can I say, some people like fake tasting pillsbury in a can and squeeze tubes, I am not one of those people.*FYI if you every see a review that says they received an item FREE in exchange for a review DO NOT TRUST IT! These people are asked to LIE. I know because I use to receive these items and they told me POINT BLANK never to post a bad reviews. I asked to be remove from the program. THIS IS NOT ONE OF THOSE ITEMS. I BOUGHT THIS, and I am happy with this item.

I was disappointed in this product. Besides being very expensive, It was a little too sweet and extremely difficult to clean off utensils and cake pan. I tried the Vanilla flavor, maybe the other flavors are better?

The PRICE is CRAZY high--- we paid OVER $11.00 for ONE. We willmake our own from here on out. It tastes pretty good, but seems abit greassssssy!!!!

I even got an email from the seller telling me if I was not satisfied for any reason to please write back to them first before leaving a negative review. I did so, twice, but never got any response at all. It tasted like paste.

It's ok. The icing tastes greasy. I was surprised that it wasn't as good as all of the hype.

Got only 3/4 jar full, would not pay the price for that amount

I bought this, got it a couple of days ago. I usually make my own frosting. Sometimes I'm just in a hurry and use a canned variety. So, how could I resist trying Dollop? I got the vanilla, as vanilla frosting - in general - is my fav. Dollops vanilla frosting is horrible!! Will never,ever buy Dollop again. The taste is nasty. Ugh! My suggestion is not to waste your money.

I actually have no idea how this product tastes. I ordered it for a wedding cake, but when I received it the box was all greasy. I opened the package and one of the containers was partially open, the seal was broken, and it smelled incredibly gross. It had leaked into the box and I was not about to risk anyone getting sick, so I had to find an alternative.
