My Luohe Spy Camera / USB charger arrived on time as promised, and I couldn't be happier with its performance. This hidden camera built into a wall plug-in charger, which also has USB capabilities is pretty high-quality. BUT, you have to provide your own MicroSD card as that is not included. But the unit is well-designed and inconspicuous since it’s designed as a USB charger, making it the perfect tool for discreet monitoring ensuring that nobody suspects its true purpose. If want to record continuously at the office, or only when motion is detected in the warehouse, this device has got me covered. Despite its powerful features, the camera itself is surprisingly compact in size, taking up minimal space wherever I choose to place it. Plus, operating this spy camera is a super simple thanks to its user-friendly interface (but the instructions could be printed a bit larger / font).. All in all, this Luohe Spy Camera has exceeded my expectations in terms of functionality and ease of use.

Save yourself the trouble and money. Don't buy this product. I'm pretty techy. This camera is cheaply made, would not connect to wifi, the instructions aren't adequate (see pictures), and the app is primitive. The entire set up is not user friendly. I tried to set it up when I first bought it and couldn't get it to work. I put it back in the box and months later tried again, with a friend's help. I thought, maybe I'm just doing something wrong. Both of us couldn't get it to work. By this time it's outside the return policy window so I can't return it. I never leave negative reviews for products, but this product is so terrible, I had to warn other consumers. This product is NOT worth the $50+ I spent (and lost) on it. Please don't waste your money on this.

This hidden camera is a great value for the price. It has good video quality and arrived on time. The device is lightweight, quiet, and reliable. It is a hands-free, all-in-one device that plugs into a wall outlet and records video continuously. It is small and easy to use, and the camera eye is disguised as an LED light. To use this camera, you will need to purchase a Micro SD card (not included). The camera can record for up to 24 hours on a single charge. When I decided to buy this camera, I was skeptical at first. However, I am glad I did. It is a great option for people who are on a budget. The only downside is that you will need to purchase a Micro SD card separately. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

Clear video and great customer service! You can monitor live remotely and record videos or take pictures manually using your phone without inserting SD card. But a SD card inserted will record videos automatically if you like (add $20+ to buy a 128 GB SD card at the same time on Amazon to save $10 and a trip to local stores like BestBuy or Office Depot). You can unplug the camera and carry it with you to any locations to “WIFI-config” to the new WiFi using your cell phone (a simple process by opening the app and click the settings of the app, which is something we are not quite used to doing although pretty straightford and very similar to what we normally do for cell phone to use a new WiFi at a new location, which you need to do also here). Keep in mind that the instructions can be a bit confusing and frustrating at times to start off but pretty simple to use overall. It'll take 10 minutes or a to set up if you have some patience and not tech-averse like myself. Be sure to contact customer service if you prefer to have someone to hold your hand step by step (again, like myself, lol). They are pretty responsive and eager to help. Not the perfect tool to use but certainly get the job done and are worth trying. Sorry I rarely give five star ratings because I have to see the PERFECT quality and SUPER SIMPLE to use without any confusion whatsoever, plus dirt CHEAP!!! A four star is a pretty good rating from me! LOL....

This item has pretty good pictures and the sound is clear. BUT ... it is not compatible with 5G Wi-Fi. The two options for setting up the app on my phone were 2.4G or 5G. So, that choice means it probably isn't going to be compatible with your Wi-Fi. If it can't be connected to your Wi-Fi, it cannot show the correct date and time on your videos, AND you cannot set up the app on your phone, so you cannot be notified of motion happening in your home. So, all my videos say the date of 20200101. Also, there is no motion detection. It tapes videos for 10 minutes, shuts off, then immediately begins the next 10 minute video. No motion detection involved. But in some cases this can be okay, but it's no fun looking through hours and hours of videos when you get home and not seeing anything going on, or trying to find that little bit of evidence of someone in your home. It is okay to have around and running when you are not home, but I don't know how good any evidence of someone entering your home will hold up in court if it is not labelled at the correct date and time the incident is happening. I would not recommend buying one of these. There has to be some out there that you can connect to your phone and household Wi-Fi. Correction: The 10 minute videos are not immediately one after the other. It did not tape me when I got home and walked right up to it to unplug it. A lot of motion in that situation and no video taken. Makes me wonder what goes on that I am missing.
