Nutritional Yeast Flakes - Immature Cheese Flavour | Gluten Free Vegan Nooch | Non GMO 80g

Previously used pine nuts, lemon zest or extra herbs to add interest to homemade meatless pasta sauces and thought I would try the yeast flakes to add variety. Really does have the aroma and overall effect of grating Parmesan on the pasta and a little goes a long way. Also worked in a roasted butternut squash risotto. Pleasantly surprised.

This is brilliant Nooch, it has great flavour, highly recommend. A little pricey but worth it

This tasted cheesy and I used it on many dishes unfortunately it made me very ill. Headaches illness could not get off the loo. It seems I had a very adverse reaction to this. It was not until I stopped using it that my symptoms went. I have used other nutritional yeast with no I'll effects. It must be possible because it's immature nooch.Won't be buying this,again

I'm not vegan but wanted to try nutritional yeast. Let me tell you, it's amazing! it's not often I'm surprised by how good something is, but it happened with this! I tried it on its own and found it delicious, then put it on a sandwich and made some pasta with it. It was delicious on everything - salty, cheesy, bit nutty.Only issue is the cost. It's quite expensive for what you get, I bought it on a different site since it was cheaper. But taste wise, this product is amazing.

I have bougth the Engevita flakes before but these are WAY better,leaving you with a proper cheesy creamy flavour,will deffo keep buying these

I was dubious as I find standard yeast flakes barely cheesy, but these are amazing, either sprinkled on their own or mixed into vegan cheese to give it a real kick. The Smokey Bacon one is delicious too, somewhere between the taste of real bacon and Frazzles, which is actually a good thing.

Tried it on pasta (see pictures), beans on toast and as part of a making a cheese sauce. Great savoured flavour and legitimately fills that cheese craving. Would recommend

Can’t recommend this enough its amazing in fake mac n cheeze!! Much nicer than standard nooch!
