This is a very well made, sturdy device, and is exactly as pictured. Having the mat included with the product is very helpful.

Unit was a little intense on the bare feet at first but I got over that pretty quickly. First time I was really wobbly on it, having to hold on to the wall for stability. Getting on and on takes practice, recommend using a wall to do this. Also it helps with ankle and hip mobility.It's part of my daily ritual.

Price is great. I got the larger size. Plastic is good. The first one i ordered was cheap wood and arrived spintered. I like this 360 better than the rocker style. I have used both in PT. I would liked to have bought the one with the big half sphere rubber ball to do more of the exercizes but the cost was more than double. This one hs a small hard plastic rounded bottom. I can tell my balance is better. The grandkids think it is great. Will be easier to keep clean too.

I purchased this after my physical therapist had me use something similar at my appointments. This allows me to continue the therapy at home. The product is well made, has non slip patches on the top to help with stability and is easy to use. As my balance is very poor at the moment, I stand near to our kitchen island so that I can use light finger pressure on the bar to keep me stable, but hope to wean myself from that soon. As a bonus, this also includes the stretch bands which are a great addition for strengthening my muscles. Well built product, great price, and user friendly. (Showed it to my physical therapist and they were impressed with the product.)
