What I like about this product is that it has 18 strains. Also, it did come with an ice pack type thing, but the bottle also says it can go unrefrigerated for a short period of time and be ok.After using this product, I lost about 13 pounds in a month. Most importantly, it helped my body fight against inflammation. I would give it 10 stars if I could.

I heard about weight management probiotics, but didn't believe the hype. Tried it anyway since I was already taking a daily probiotic. They arrived and I ate whatever I wanted when I wanted - as I had heard could be done and I will still loose weight. Enjoyed Thanksgiving with all the fatty foods and sweets. Dreading getting on the scale, I LOST 7 POUNDS!!! I'm reordering and going back to eating healthy again. This should really help with my weight/health routine. Totally shocked 😲! Weight management is about a healthy gut.

The product itself is great. It has helped a lot with my intestinal issues along with another product that I purchase as well. My only question is this... This product must be kept refrigerated however it's never shipped in any kind of refrigerated container. This concerns me.

I love this product but not the buyer! It is supposed to be cold at all times. They did not package product correctly. They also sent it by mail. So it took days to get while never being kept cold.

I love this product but it does need refrigeration, which is not always possible with travel. It provides excellent balance to the digestive system.
