I am guessing they took all the reviews about it arriving broken to heart because mine arrived intact and very well packed. It doesn't actually hold a whole regular stick of butter. You have to cut the stick to get it to fit. But it is soooo cute! Also it is a much prettier green than in the Amazon picture. Look at the pictures in the reviews. That's the color.

Absolutely love this dish! It is just one of those cool, special things that you just fall in love with. It is a gift for a friend and she is going to be thrilled.Highly recommend. Could be used for butter, cheese, or to serve a special dessert. I like the size of it and the height of the cloche. The turquoise color is so pretty and reminiscent of fiesta ware.

The media could not be loaded. I was worried about ordering due to the product reviews saying it came broken. It looks like they’ve updated their shipping containers and have added heavy duty styrofoam to help prevent breakages. Looks like just what I ordered.

This is a very cute item that arrived broken in dozens of pieces. I now see that has been a repeated problem, but what is more upsetting is that the price has gone up steadily, I imagine in an attempt to cover the many replacements the seller has had to make. This is a shame because it is a cute & unique item to give as a gift or keep for yourself. Please package better for shipping. Thank you.

A lovely dish, but disappointingly it was broken when I opened the package, especially as its a gift. The delivery took a while and return process takes too long too for me to exhange, so left with a damaged dish.
