It helps control it. Also helps with flu season. The product don’t clear it. The product helps. You still have to eat right and have good hygiene

Hello, there are two approaches to increasing the bioavailability of zinc. One can use a smaller amount of chelated zinc such as zinc picolinate (which is more easily absorbed) or one can consume a higher amount of zinc that's not chelated.
