Q: Can i fit a sony a7ii with 24-105 lens attached?

I don’t think you will be able to fit it with the lens attached but you certainly can arrange the components to fit them. Although you won’t be able to fit anything else

Q: What are the dimensions of the opening? Can you fit a nalgene horizontally?

Idk the dimensions but my 32 oz nalgene does fit in the the opening and sit in the bottom of the bag horizontally.

Q: Will this pack work as a waistpack (pack over your bellybutton) when wearing a backpack? Would it be comfortable?
