I am very disappointed with my purchase. I was having trouble sleeping, relaxing, and my stress level was high. I like using aromatherapy...not sure if it works, but things like candles and diffusers remind me to take a moment to breathe. I am not too picky with essential oils, and had high hopes for this three-pack. These do not smell good. I put in just a couple of drops (Relax bottle) in my diffuser, and within minutes, I had to turn it off and empty it. I felt like I was suffocating. What a bummer because it is nicely packaged where you could include it in a nice gift basket. I wanted to love these, but it's a "no" for me.

These are great in a humidifier when I'm falling asleep. They are strong so be careful how much you use.

These oils make a nice Inexpensive gift for a teen or someone new to essential oils. If you are familiar with using high grade, single note essential oils, these may not do it for you. My teen daughter liked them, but I’m too picky...I’ve realized you get what you pay for...it’s such a low price for the large amount product that comes in the set. I Have a very discerning nose and prefer the more expensive brands.

Quite possibly the worst smell I’ve ever allowed in my home. Smells like string detergent mixed w grandma perfume that’s gone rancid. I’m skeptical this is even essential oils. Gave me a headache with first use in diffuser. DO NOT BUY!

A new user of essential oils. Obviously liked the scents in this set as this is my secondPurchase. Great Combination of oils to make scents to relax & relieve stress.
