1CH Charango 10-string Set (in octave), Medium Tension

I bought a charango in Bolivia a year or so ago, and it was time to change strings. The charango is a beginner instrument for sure and not of the best quality. With that in mind, I wanted to see if I could achieve a warmer, fuller sound with a better set of strings. The result: I did. While I'm still have intonation issues and it took FOREVER for the strings to adjust, the sound is much better than the strings the charango came with.

It was difficult seeing the color codes for each of the strings.Tone's not the best, but I'm not sure how much of that is due to Charango quality

The description says these strings are "gut-coloured (brownish)" . They are not. They are white as snow. Trying to decide whether to return them. Good reviews, and sales pitch about the nylgut sound, make me want to try them. Aesthetically, they will make my instrument less attractive.

Great strings great value for money

Le corde sono arrivate in busta dorata con la dicitura "Timple canario" semicancellata a mano, mentre l'etichetta sul retro indica "Charango med 1CH". La differenza sta nel fatto che il charango ha bisogno di 3 corde mi cantino (accordate a un'ottava più alta rispetto al cantino della chitarra e qui indicate dal colore rosso) e 1 corda mi all'ottava più bassa (qui indicata dal colore verde). Invece nella confezione trovo 2 corde mi cantino rosso e 2 corde mi basso verde. Per il resto confermo che vanno bene per il charango, a parte il mi basso che vibra un po' strano, per cui penso che monterò al suo posto una terza corda sol presa da un'altra confezione, accordandola ovviamente al mi (per fortuna che avevo ordinato due confezioni).

Ottima corda per suono e morbidezza. Rende la tastiera del charango molto più facile da suonare rispetto alle corde originali di nylon nero, durissime da suonare... E non sto parlando di calli. Per tenere un barre' ci voleva una forza da ercole... Ora é tutto molto più "normale".

Corde per charango boliviano molto buone e resistenti. Prendo spesso queste corde perché è uno dei pochi produttori che vende su amazon e soprattutto a prezzi onesti. Muy buenas cuerdas para el charango. Las puse y empezó a sonar mas con estas cuerdas.Las recomiendo para charango pero NO para RONROCO. Con el ronroco, al ser mas grande, se tienen que tensar demasiado y se rompen a la minima. Para charango, bien.
