I did some research and decided to try this product out. What I didn’t realize is that if you look on the back of the ingredients the branch chain amino acids it doesn’t give you a breakdown of how much of EACH they put in so basically it could be an unequal amount. More like a propriety blend where they don’t tell you specifically how much of each you getting for a single serving. I haven’t seen much difference either as I’ve been taking for a month now :/ flavor wise I ordered sour apple and it sure is sour ! It’s okay because I like sour stuff so I’m not complaining about it but for someone who doesn’t care for sour I would not recommend. Over I probably will not be repurchasing this product again.

I used to be all about Melon Berry but fell for the Sour Green Apple. Its the best flavor in this line, hands down. I have purchased it in the BCAAs and Alphamine. I dry scoop the Alphamine and the slight sour/sweet is pleasant. Gives you a little lip pucker but not too much.Don’t get the Raspberry Lemonade.

This is the best tasting BCAA powder I’ve had. It doesn’t taste too artificial, but it has good flavor that makes me excited to drink it everyday. I got sour green apple and it’s amazing. Sour level is a bit like a jolly rancher, so it isn’t too sour at all, but has just a pleasant amount of pucker. I’ll definitely be repurchasing.

Absolutely love this stuff. I actually really enjoy the flavor and I can’t imagine working out without it. I definitely feel like it helps with my energy. And it’s vegan!! :)

First time trying, was using Optimum Nutrition’s aminos but wanted something that didn’t have caffeine. The sour apple flavor is good and this blends well and leaves no aftertaste. After several minutes I’d give your bottle a tip before you drink again because some of the product settles.
