Q: I did not get the item even it shows delivered. Are you able to trick the package please. Thank you.

The same thing happened to me when I ordered this item from Cos Bar. The invoice/packing slip showed three units were delivered but I only received one unit. It took several attempts to get credit and they ultimately only credited my account for one unit. They effectively stole $60 bucks and Amazon did nothing to help resolve. I recommend never ordering from Cos Bar.
