My son keeps asking for a jet pack since he could form the words….I had to improvise something. I bought this and filled it with pong balls…aka jet fuel cells🫠 and he loves it! He keeps strapping it on and going out to swing. Santa wrote him a note that this jet pack was powerful so it is going to help you swing so high but make sure you don’t end up in outer space. He believes! He comes in and says he went so high it was epic! The backpack itself is small fir school or anything but perfect for imagination play. It holds its shape well even the wings! They were made pretty stiff which I appreciate…you can’t fly with floppy wings! Anyways, it has its charm and made my son a happy pilot on Christmas morning .

My five year old son loves this backpack, and like everyone else has mentioned, the compliments never end. It is well constructed, has plenty of pockets for storage inside and outside the bag and is built to last. The only complaint is the same, that the size is a little small. Right now, he has a pencil case, larger accessory bag and a folder in it everyday. The folder is usually bent in half for it to fit properly, or you have to really get the edges in there for it to fit without being folded. It can be a little bit of a hassle. Just making the bag 2" larger would have been great. There is enough room to insert 2 additional thin folders or a light book, but not much else. Because of this, I don't see him using this after first grade.If you're looking for pockets - you will find all the pockets and compartments you need. There are mesh side pockets where my son keeps his sun glasses and sometimes a small water bottle (a 16 oz water bottle will fit, but it will be very tight). There is a large horizontal pocket outside the bag which we don't use, (but can be used to store flat items) and because my son started Kindergarten at a new school, he sometimes cries during class so I put a photo of us in that pocket to look at when he got lonely. The bottom of the bag is lined with a waterproof material.Even though it is a little small, I still think that it is well worth the price for a small child's backpack. I plan on using his as a light travel bag for him once he can no longer use it for school. The amount of detail used and materials they chose to make this will surprise you in a good way. Get it!

Bought this for my 5yr old going to Kindergarten this Fall and she loves it. To note; the unicorn face and mouth/front pocket of the backpack is a white/rainbow/iridescent but the bag portion and straps are a bubble gum pink color ( not as vibrant as pictures) shame but not a pass up, since the metallic gold wings make up for. It’s not glittery as the butterfly version. Fits my 5/almost 6yr old great for back placement (same as pictures in ad) and the straps are small and perfect for the 3-8yr old frame. Much better then the typical bulky straps on most kids backpacks. Interior size good, was able to fit a kid size shoe box inside with a bit more room to spare so this will be fine for standard lunch boxes and folders and Childrens books. A good buy.

However, it’s a cute book bag for a preschooler up to age 8 or 10, depending on the size of your child. It’s a quick bag to take to camp however, it will not hold heavy books in the future. She received her summer reading books and had to bring them in a plastic bag because this bag was too small and thin and cheap.

After reading many reviews, I eagerly ordered this for my VERY petite soon-to-be Kindergartner. When this bag arrived, we were SO excited! It was more adorable in person and my little girl beamed with it on. It didn't drown her and actually seemed like a comfortable fit. It seems like great quality. HOWEVER, as soon as I purchased items on her school supply list I realized we had a problem with the size. Unfortunately, "small" really does mean small and I should have paid closer attention to the measurements. We cannot comfortably fit a standard pocket-folder inside the backpack.You can see in the pictures I attached that the corners of the folder poke up over the top of the bag's pocket opening. If you bend the folder and really tug the bag up over it, you CAN fit the folder all the way inside and then zip it up. BUT when I asked my little girl to give it a try, she couldn't wiggle the folder into the backpack really at all, let alone bend it in far enough to zip up the zipper. I also intend on sending a water bottle to school with her every day and the water bottle was IMPOSSIBLE to put in the side mesh pocket. If I REALLY stretched it to the limit I could just barely squeeze a regular, disposable plastic bottle of water in there - even that wouldn't slide all the way down though because it was so snug. I also took a few pictures of it next to a standard sized lunchbox. We could get the lunchbox inside the bag but basically nothing else of size was going to be able to fit too (thinking of things like folders, books, jacket, etc). And again, we really had to smush it in there; and I'm pretty sure you don't want to smush a bag of food. Overall, just another inch or two in every direction would have made this a PERFECT bag for my Kindergartner. However, as is, it is just TOO SMALL. I'm sending it back and ordering a Large pink one - bummed that she won't have the wings but even my five year-old knew this wasn't going to work for her needs. I think this would be a great option for preschoolers or even just a cute bag for trips to Grandma's house or roadtrips or something. Not really practical for grade school though. I still give it five stars though because it is everything it is advertised to be and it was my fault for not analyzing the measurements.

Excelente calidad. La compré para una niña de 3 años, y por los diversos comentarios que leí pensé que sería un poco mas chica a las características que señalan , sin embargo el tamaño es correcto, si un poco grande (pero muy poco) para una niña de 3 años, pero igual la podrá seguir usando. La calidad excelente, la niña estaba muy emocionada de ver los brillos.
