One stop information resource for Meridian and Yin yoga
The best book on Meridian and Yin Yoga. Beautifully illustrated with pertinent information concisely written. I am going to buy a few more copies because I am sure this will be worn out soon. A million thanks Cinamon.

An awesome resource!
I really enjoy the layout, format, content and explanations within this piece. A truly great resource for any holistic practitioner, massage therapist or anyone who utilizes Chinese medicine principles in their profession.

Notes?
Although this is an informative book, what the heck are the shang, zheng, yu, gong, and jiao notes? Absolutely no explanation. Why not include the scaled note? Or, the solfeggio word? Singing bowls would be great to use for those notes with the poses. Otherwise I'd give this a 5. Kind of expensive, though for a 64 page book. Also, M-HN-37 IS FRENULUM, not FRENALUM.

Good but can be the best with updates
Great content , but could have mentioned more details and background of the meridians to understand what, why and how
