really nice pants. Love that you can get them in LONG.These pants are really thin material & I can't report on durablility yet, but think they are going to be really nice to wear in hot summer temps.I like the fit of these pants so much I'm also going to order the Kerrits Microcord bootcut jods for a cooler weather option.

Arena work, maybe...
I am a trail rider who bought these to wear on an endurance ride during the summer in the high desert. No noticeable cooling effect and I don't feel like it keep me any cooler than jeans would have. They are comfortable to ride in, but they are not very durable. I purchased 3 pair, and each one ripped the first day that I wore them. I ripped one pair when I tripped on a tree root and fell. The other two were ripped by branches on the trail. I only washed them once and then threw them away after the second wearing. That being said, they may be good for arena riding, but I wouldn't do any barn chores in them. They also have a shinny pattern to them in the seat area that people kept misidentifying as skin showing through from underneath! Very disconcerting.

Comfort and cool for horseback riding
These are the most comfortable pants I have ever worn. I bought a second pair as they are so comfortable to ride in and so cool for Summer. I am 5’8 and got the Longs. They are perfect with my boots on. Love them!

These are my favorite riding pants ever
These are my favorite riding pants ever. I ride all disciplines, in all the saddles, and they work for all of them. Most importantly, though, they make my butt look incredible. I have a mediocre butt, but not in these pants. The shimmery little carrot design really accentuates my derriere. These are also machine washable and don't stretch out. I will be buying in every color.

great quality riding pant
I wish they didn't cost $100 per pair, but these are great boot cut pants with a little traction on the backside to help rider stay on the saddle. We have bought two pairs, the first wore out (a small hole in the front where I think my daughter tended to pull on them when she was putting them on) after 6 weeks + of daily riding and washing ... well worth it!
