My boyfriend started having anxiety attacks for the first time ever in his late 20s, and I bought this for him since prescription options seemed a little too hardcore. He’s very anti homeopathy, “natural/chemical free” alternatives to traditional medicine, and tbh a lot of the times I am, too. But with so many good reviews and at such a cheap price, I figured it couldn’t hurt.I get rare panic attacks as well and we’ve both tried it. I don’t use it as a supplement/preventative, only as needed, and it’s worked wonderfully for both of us. I’ve used prescription anxiety medication before, so I could compare the effects, and I’d reach for this stuff before I did xanax. However, I also wouldn’t throw my prescription away if I had one.This is more like taking the edge off than completely removing everything. It helped with the panic attack symptoms (shaking, hyperventilating, bad thoughts looping uncontrollably, etc.), but I still felt anxious and had to be careful to avoid anything stressful for a while. My boyfriend had the same feeling. Its like you feel the panic attack rising, but it never actually comes to fruition. Like you’re stuck in that shaken up but still okay feeling. That’s good enough for me! I can function if I have to and I’m not developing a dependence on barbiturates. If I had a severe attack, or they happened very frequently, I’d reach for the actual meds then. But so far that hasn’t happened, and I plan to repurchase this and use it as my first line of defense.

I've used this thing so much now. Helps when I'm having a nervous breakdown, it slowly calms me, almost relaxing my muscles even. I don't think it's placebo at this point, which is what I had assumed at first.It just works. Under the tongue it will dissolve, has no taste. The effect kicks in quickly. The longest it's taken I think is like 10min for me.Keep in mind, it can make you pretty drowsy. I've went to sleep many times after taking this. I'd avoid taking this if you plan to go anywhere immediately.

Product is basically tissue salts. Very expensive for the small quantity supplied and tablet strength is half that offered by others
