Nice and great looking shirt

Purchased to officiate a wedding. I am an Independent Minister of a Universal Spirituality, wishing to suggest a level of timeless, traditional clergy with my outfit for a particularly personal wedding. Also: I consider basic dress shirts for weddings nearly disposable because I sweat so much dancing that I ruin shirts, which is why the price point on this shirt is just right.I'm a compact, semi-muscular-approaching-stocky 5'-7", 170 lbs. Neck fits perfect, shoulders perfect, chest and belly perfect (that dad bod tho). Shirt is rather long overall, like nightshirt long (think Scrooge) but that will help keep it tucked. Found it almost too short in the arms, and I have shorter arms. Sizing up might solve this, but would introduce other issues.If you've got longer arms I'd seek another shirt.The fabric is transparent. A full crew neck undershirt will be a must: even an A shirt will telegraph right through. I can see my tattoos through this thing. And the jacket will have to stay on until we don't care that we can see the tee shine through.Wear this shirt with cufflinks: the dart (opening that runs up the sleeve) for the cuffs is clearly cut for wear in that manner, the traditional cuff button is there, but the darts don't lay right and are very long and open. They lay much better with links, plus, guys, why not class it up and bring cufflinks back.Also: love the placket covering the buttons, this is a great clean look; until we get to the collar. I'm scrambling to find a good button cover now, which I didn't know existed until this issue arose. If any kind of tie is being worn this isn't a problem, however with a mandarin collar I don't know what you do there.At this price point this is a one-night-shirt that will get the job done, but be abandoned in a hotel room still damp from the night before. There's a Marla Singer quote that would do well here....Cheers, boys.
