Just what my trailer needed. I bought 2 of these. They came in the plastic carrying cases. Pre-greased and super easy to put on. Now I use the cases for the old hubs just to have a spare when trailering. The grease that was in the hub already was red and sort of clear, so I bought some Lucas Red and Tacky and it worked great. The hubs are barely warm after a long trailering to the lake. Definitely would buy again if I have to.

The hubs are cast iron and well built not welded steel tubing like the cheap ones. The also have a grease fitting on them.

I bought 2 of these to go on a smoker trailer. After beating the old rusted ones off, I cleaned the area and slid these on. They came packed fulled of grease. First trip I pulled the trailer 60 miles and everything rode fine.

Replaced a hub on my ATV trailer due to stripped lugs on hub. Removed old hub this hub slid right on clearance in bearings was perfect. This is a nice neat package that will fit in a truck tool box easy as a spare. Blown away how easy this was and the fit was perfect. Beats going to a store and hope you get the right hub. I am totally satisfied with this hub 1 3/8” inside bearing step down taper to 1 1/16”. The hub has a grease fitting on inside bearing for easy lubrication. Will replace the other hub on my trailer soon so they match..... great product.

Hub comes in a handy carry case that can easily be stored in your car. Hub is pre-assembled and greased including inside bearings, center and outside bearings. There is a zirc on the rear of the hub for adding extra grease at the rear bearing and hub cavity (see photo). The kit includes a cotter pin, cap and 5 lug nuts. I purchased a hardware kit that includes a new castle nut and washer because my old parts had some corrosion on them.When installing I took a dab of grease and rubbed it on the axle before pushing the hub on. I pushed the hub as far in as I could before putting the washer and castle nut on then tightened the nut. Spin the hub and pull/push on it to help ensure the rear bearing seal is positioned properly, then tighten the nut again. Grease will flow out of the hub. Save it for the cap or bearing buddy and I put a little on the wheel studs.To properly tighten the nut, install the wheel on the hub and then work the wheel and feel for any play. If there is play, tighten the nut until it is gone and the wheel still spins then back the castle nut up until you can fit the cotter pin in the hole. Tap the cap into the hub and you are good to travel.I took away one star because the cap fits so tight it was very difficult to install. I use bearing buddies and they were so tight that I tried the cap before switching back to the bearing buddy. Tight is good but I had to use a 2 1/2 lb ball peen hammer to get them seated properly.The tools I would have for making a road repair would include a large crescent style wrench, small pipe wrench or pair of channel lock pliers to remove/reinstall the castle nut. To remove the old cotter pin a pair of pliers and a small flat blade screwdriver for pulling the old pin out and then splitting the new pin after it is installed. A hammer and block of wood are needed to install the cap and seat it evenly. Make sure to bring at least one pair of nitrile rubber or latex gloves to keep the grease off of your hands and a roll of paper towels for cleanup. The empty case can be used to put your old hub, used gloves and used paper towels in until you can properly dispose of them.

Nice kit comes with everything you need. I replace the several months ago and they have been working very well for me with no issues. Great value and half the price of Tractor supply literally!

This is not a full kit and didn’t come with the castle nut, so I had to reuse the old rusty ones. Good hubs otherwise, came with a good amount of grease, but you have to hand pack them yourself. Personally I’m not a big fan of the threaded hubs but these were the only ones that would come fast enough.

The product came as pictured and described. Nicely packaged in a plastic case. All components were present.The outside bearing had not been packed with grease. Not a huge deal.The part fit on my trailer well and installed easily. I saved one of the cases to keep an old hub as a backup.I would recommend this product.
