This blend worked for me at a price point that is hard to beat. What more can I say than the ingredients and their portions are what matters most ad that's what I looked for when I purchased. You get a standard 1-month supply if used at the directed portioning of 2 capsules per day. I've wanted a supp that didn't cost more than ~$15 per month and could work with the written portions rather than having to take double or more. I have added this to my daily stack and noticed increased sustained energy and that pays tremendous dividends with my busy schedule. Let's address my overall health. I'm technically obese at 5'4" and 180lbs. My BMI has my ideal weight at ~145/150. I find that with the sustained energy I get from this supp that it's easier for me to drop and pump out 10-20 pushups in the middle of the day.This gives me that extra push of energy and in turn that boosts my mood overall.
