Cracks forming on interior
I followed the directions and never once put it in the microwave or dishwasher, yet crack started the form on the interior of the cup just from the hot coffee. Although the heat activating design is cool, cracks forming are worrisome. Although when you run your finger along the cracks they appear to be fine enough where they are unnoticeable. Buyer beware.

Great Mug!
I ordered this for my mother who is a huge Disney fan. The mug is completely black when it is cold. Once you put hot liquid into the mug, the picture appears. They colors are bright, and they remain for as long as the mug is warm from the hot beverage. My mom really enjoyed it, and I will probably order others to use as gifts.

small size
I bought it as a gift for my husband for his coffee but he likes much larger mugs. The design also doesn't wrap the entire mug. Cute but probably wouldn't buy this size again.
