Usually when doing situps at home, I would use an office chair or some couch to hook my legs in, then do situps. I didn't even know products like this existed, so finding one was an instant buy.I can finally do situps easily at home without awkwardly trying to use furniture in my house!Product came well packaged and came inside the box pictured. Inside, I found a manual of how to assemble it, as well as some manufacturer information in case I ever have an issue with it. However, so far there's been no issues!Pro tip: Make sure that you use the included sticky pad if your flooring in your house doesn't work well with suction cups! With my hardwood floors though, the suction cups on the bottom worked perfectly fine with or without the pad. Personally, if you can use it without the pad on your floors then its a huge bonus, but it works great either way.

Does not stick to hardwood floor and is so flimsy it would probably break apart if it did. Waste of money.

I don't write Amazon reviews very often, but this sit up bar has been so helpful with my at home workouts that I thought I would share. It was super easy to set up and doesn't take up a lot of space. I've mainly been using it for sit ups, but it's also great for several other exercises such as push ups and planks. I definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for some good at home workout equipment!

Unfortunately the Product did not stick to my laminate flooring.

It works well however if you have floors that are not wooden it will pull the tile up

Sturdy product- however, like other reviews mine also did not suction to my LVT flooring or even the suction pad that came with it. I had high hopes but unfortunately had to return it.
