Easy to clean easy to put up all in all really good the help and communication is brilliant too!I have two rats in my cage and I've just brought another cage for my other two.I recommend this.

Hamster cage.
Brought this for my two dwarf hamsters. They love the levels and being able to run around and climb. It is suitable for hanging items from it like food, toys or Hammock. The bottom level is ideal for the saw dust. When evening out the levels make sure the ladders ain’t to steep as my hamsters struggle a little to use them as there back feet tend to slip on the plastic. Over all the cage is suitable, spacious and sturdy and can be moved easily with the handle that is provided at the top also you can add attachments to the side of the cage. I added a bath and have ordered some tubes too. So you can make it even more interesting for your fury baby.

Not suitable for Russian dwarf hamsters
Flimsy isn’t even enough to describe this. No instructions so hard to build and took me hours. Hamster escaped by squeezing through the bars which move easily. Plastic shelves move a lot and would be hard to clean without knocking every off.

Waste of money.
Not had this long. Very flimsy, the shelves fall down, lots of movement.Waste of money! Have to buy a new one.

Roomy hamster cage
Very pleased with this cage. My hamster is a climber and this gives him the opportunity to indulge in that! Could be a little sturdier but I would recommend and buy again in the future

Not suitable for hamsters
Bought this for my Syrian hamster, did not do my research before purchasing, hamsters need a bare minimum of 80cmx50cm unbroken floor space (not levels) I tried to return as unsuitable but was unable to as I did not have original packaging. Now I’m out a pocket and have had to buy a more suitable cage (Savic Plaza) Advice to anyone getting a hamster cage… do your research first as it’s not as simple as you think and you will end up with a bar biting stressed hamster. Also the wheels in this cage are not suitable for Syrians or dwarfs. Syrians should have a minimum of 28cm sized wheel.

Not bad
Bought one from a 2nd hand shop.This cage is really big and my hamster love the levers. The badly thing is if your pet like to wee on the middle level, is a little hard to give a good clean. Overall, definitely recommended!
