Great!!
Would definitely recommend getting this. Everything came in the box it also came with a bunch of different exercises to do. After reading reviews I was nervous I wouldn’t get my knee mat. But I did! 10/10 was not disappointed.

Really good product for the low price. Everything's perfect except for maybe the band. They feel like they'll snap if doing large movement exercises.

I like that this product has many options but I did not receive a match and the exercise instructions are to small and hard to decipher.
