Solved the problem!
Threw a code that called for throttle actuator. When I researched prices, I found that it was just as cheap to replace the entire throttle body as it was just the sensor. That was a "no brainer". OEM Quality, less than 30 minutes to replace. I wish every repair was that easy!

Fitted 2007 Workhorse 8.1L engine.
No core needed. Fitted RV workhorse 2007 8.1. Hard to find without big$$$, this is cheapest found anywhere and worked fine. Best price.

It doesn't come with the cooling barbs on the bottom
Can't install it without the cooling barbs for the coolant had to order a different one make sure you look at the picture
