I replaced the Yellow as soon as I bought this, and the Magenta very soon after. The printer worked great, and the quality was fine. We don't print much- and it's usually coloring pages, calendar pages and misc. email information. Last week I finally needed to replace the Black and the Cyan was low enough to replace as well. When I put the Black and Cyan in I got an error message on all 4 of the cartridges. I was not able to get the printer to recognize them even with resetting, putting in the old cartridges (Although I don't have the old Yellow or Magenta anymore), restarting reconfiguring- none of the resets made the printer recognize the 4 cartridges..I've gone back to the name brand, instead of the refurbished cartridges for now. The price was ok for the 1/2 use of the 2 cartridges I was able to use. Very disappointed that they weren't all good.

Works great with my new printer

The cartridges initially worked well, but after a short while they suddenly stopped working. My Epson WF-4830 printer now says that the Ink Cartridges are not recognized. Tried calling the seller, but the phone number provided on Amazon is not in service.No response from seller, nor information on how to contact them. Don't buy from this seller.

The first pack of ink I purchased worked until I updated the firmware, I reached out to the company asking if there was a way to make it work even after the firmware update. They offered to send me a new, updated pack of ink so that it would work with my printer !! They sure didn’t have to do this. I will forever be a customer. Thank you so much

Pretty expensive for the amount of ink you get. Be very carefully to NEVER download ANY updates from Epson if you try a remanufactured ink. They can shut off one or more of the ink colors remotely, and render your printer dead in the water. Read the fine print. They actually tell you that

These cartridges do not work as described. I bought them to replace my 822xl cartridges that were about to be empty. My scanner does not even recognize them. However the seller was great. They refunded my money even though it was past the return date , Incredible customer service. For that reason alone I am giving them a 5

These were great until most recent Epson update and now they are completely worthless and incompatible. Won't even recognize there is ink.

Purchased a new Epson printer that came with a trial pack of ink cartridges. I then ordered these cartridges from this supplier for future use. The black ink ran out about 4 months later. I replaced it with this product. The printer said it didn't recognize the cartridge. I tried a half dozen times but no luck. And yes it is the right product number for my printer. They just don't work! I tried to return it but of course my return window closed a month ago. I emailed the supplier but no reply. BAD business. Stay clear. $150 down the drain.

Don't waste your money. The printer doesn't recognize the cartridge.

Despite repeated tries, my printer would not recognize the cartridges. And because I did not try them until after July 30, I can't return them. so I am out of pocket as well.

Only one of these cartridges actually worked. The other three….. ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. Buy only EPSON cartridges!! Save yourself the headache and MONEY!!!
