Q: can you swallow the product after spraying it in your mouth?

Yes, instructions, say spray 5 x in mouth, then swallow. I only try to do 3x because i want it to last longer. I’m a smoker that is why I use it. It works best if you leave it in mouth and take a few Deep breaths before swallowing it. If you can have someone pay your back to loosen up the junk in your lungs. For me, personally have not found another product that works this good.

Q: is this gluten free? Does it contain GMOs?

If you click on the little spray bottle image it will enlarge or take you to a site that has the product information. 2 of the 5 small, black, circles, with a line through them on the bottom of the label show that they are GMO free and Gluten free.

Q: How do you take the lung cleanse?

Spray on tongue and inhale deeply several times.
