Amazing cookware
I have been purchasing and making investments in cookware for over 30 years. In the realm of regular and nonstick, I’ve purchased T-fal, cephalon, Cuisinart, cast-iron, aluminum, ceramic, copper, nonstick, blue diamond and the list goes on and on.Orgreenic pans are, without competition, the absolute best pans I’ve ever purchased. I waited 10 days, to see how the pans behaved after multiple uses. They clean like a dream. I’ve scorched tomato sauce, raw pancake batter, egg white and it wipes right off. I’ve used metal utensils, wooden and plastic and the surface does not scratch. I washed the pans with soapy water by hand, and they appear brand new as if I just took them out of the box. The stunning copper color has resisted tarnish and discoloration, because I just give them a quick rinse and dry after use. The handles stay cool, the surface heats evenly, and I’ve thrown every other pan out and purchased the 12 piece and 5 piece sets. It’s gloriously nonstick, easy to clean, very attractive and expensive looking, and I don’t have to worry about harmful chemicals being released at high temperatures. As a rule, I don’t recommend using the dishwasher, but washing by hand is so easy. I very highly recommend this cookware.

Seriously Impressed
This pan worked like a dream! I made broccoli and cheese without using any cooking oil or butter and nothing was left stuck or burnt on the bottom of the pan. Also, the fact that you can use metal utensils and it won’t scratch is a HUGE plus. If you’re considering buying- do it! You will not regret it. I will be purchasing the entire set and tossing my old ones after seeing how great this pan is.

Beautiful pan
The pan is absolutely beautiful. The first thing I tried to make in the pan was scrambled eggs with no butter, oil, etc. Was disappointed because the eggs stuck badly and the pan was hard to wash. I only gave it a 2nd try because the pan was so pretty I didn't want to return it. I tried eggs again with a little butter and it was much better, the eggs didn't stick and the pan cleaned up nicely. It's now my go to pan, recently made beef stew and even the lid was easy to clean. Not sure if I was supposed to season the pan before first use as the reason the eggs stuck, instructions didn't say one way or the other, so I didn't.Update: I still like the pan, however, after very little use, it has many scratches. I have not been abusive, have not used metal utensils and only hand washed. I'm extremely upset.

Surpassed Expectations - I’m a Better Cook Already
Let me be real here, I’m not a genius in the kitchen. I realized that when the inside pamphlet mentions “this pan doesn’t require oil or butter, but if you use them make sure it’s at the right temperature.”There’s a right temperature? Apparently so.Either way, I decided to challenge this statement. It may be nonstick for most, but probably not a multitasker who isn’t paying attention to temperatures over here. I decided to make my most difficult-to-not-stick dish - fried rice. While finishing my laundry. To start with, I cooked the garlic and onions without anything. Specifically, I did some laundry and overcooked them. Usually they would be stuck to the pan - but they weren’t! Neat. Tossed 1 tsp of olive oil in at this point to add the rice and veggies.(Note: It does say you shouldn’t leave items cooking without supervision. But that’s why they have these warnings on items, right?)Normally, at this point with my typical cheap-pan, I’ll have about 10 tsp of oil in to try and avoid the rice from gluing itself to the bottom, while getting it hot enough to create “fried” rice. Yes, usually my fried rice just tastes like olive oil and is very very shiny. Not great.Overall, I really tried my best to get the rice to stick. Usually, I try the opposite but it still sticks anyway. The result, it all slipped right out of the pan so easily (WOAH!) and I no longer hate to cook fried rice. I think I may even say I thoroughly enjoyed cooking this rice - because of these new pans.Definitely recommend. Great quality and value, exceeded my expectations. I will now eat fried rice more often. Some other notes, they also look very nice. I was worried about it being pinkish looking, because I’m not a pink-person, but it’s more metallic/reflective than any specific color which is very pleasing. They also feel like a good weight, but not too heavy as some other brands I tried out in the store. Really well balanced and I like the handle shape too.

So far so good
Well constructed and works as advertised. The pan is deep so you can use it for stir-frying as well as cooking pasta and soupy food without worrying about spilling.

Great pan!
We have used this every day since it was delivered and it cooks everything beautifully and cleans up just as easily. It has lasted well too. It looks and cooks as well as the day we got it. Absolutely love it

Are nice but don't have curved sides
Because they have steep sides it's harder to slide sunny eggs out onto your plate. They are nice and thick and so produce even heating but this takes longer for them to warm up. When you saute' chicken cutlets for example, you can turn off the heat and the thick bottoms will continue to cook your food for several minutes. The pan doesn't like butter and the butter can easily over brown. If you like butter on your eggs etc, first you have to cook your eggs, reduce the heat, and add a pat of butter to the pan so it can melt and add flavor to your food. This takes a certain skill level to prevent over cooking your food but still getting the butter flavor. Adding melted butter will help but this requires another step of placing the butter into a microwave safe dish and melting it in the microwave oven. Because the pans have high sides you can also use it as a sauce pan. The durable non-stick surface makes clean-up a cinch.

Good pan!
Works well! I've seen reviews that the non-stick stops working after a few uses but we've used dozens of times and it's still working well. Easy to clean, good size, and seems sturdy!
