We have been using this for around two weeks. I think it has helped but I would say it needs to be used twice a day for over a month to really have any benefit. Its a good product.This is the second time I have purchased this item and I can see the difference it has made to my nails. Highly recommend. BUT be patient, it does take time but worth the effort.This is the third time that I have bought this product. Two people have been using this so its being bought more often. I have found a marked difference on the fungus growth. Its almost gone. But I need to see that it goes completely before I even think of stopping using this product.

I started using this treatment 2 months ago and it is clearly very effective at combating toenail fungus. I've had a small toenail that has been infected for two or three years, but I hadn't found anything that helped (and hadn't looked very hard either). But three months ago I noticed a dark area under the nail of my big toe which then started to turn yellow, and that motivated me to find a solution. The prescription treatment Jublia is very expensive and doesn't have a great success rate, so I started looking for non-prescription treatments and settled on Probelle. After a couple of weeks of use I started to notice a change in the color of the infected areas, and after about a month the infected area of the big toenail (about half of the toenail) was very soft and the nail started to peel away and expose the nail bed, which lets the liquid better reach the fungus hiding underneath. It is unattractive to have part of mytoenail missing, but it hasn't been painful and it is great to know that I finally have some power over the very stubborn fungus. Both nails are starting to grow out clear of fungus but of course it will take several months for the big toenail to fully grow out.I expect that it will take two bottles for the full treatment, and I needed one for the gym bag anyway so I already purchased a second bottle. The dropper seems wasteful of the product and I think a brush would be better. I have been more careful recently and squeeze most of the liquid out of the dropper and back into the bottle before applying to reduce waste. One drop for a small nail and two for a large nail is plenty - I think the cotton swab soaks most of that back up. Anyway, $30 for two bottles to get rid of unsightly toenail fungus still seems like a great deal to me.A note about my treatment approach: I went to WAR on my nails. I kept them clipped very short and filed the surfaces down so they were quite a bit thinner, and I think this accelerated the effectiveness of the Probelle. After a middle section of the big toenail peeled off, I was able to sort of inject the liquid under the rest of the nail with the dropper. Now that there is no more trace of yellow and the nail bed is mostly exposed over the infected area, I can be less aggressive with the application and the nail trimming. The only concern I have is that with the side of the big toenail mostly gone there may be some risk of an ingrown toenail as the nail grows out - will just have to see how it goes. So far I'm very happy to have found this product.Update:It has been almost four months since I started treatment with Probelle, and the recovery is coming along quite well. My big toenail has grown out 2/3 of the way and the new nail looks completely normal. The smaller toenail has not grown as quickly on one side but it is growing out clear as well and I expect it to make a full recovery.My treatment is less aggressive now. I squeeze the dropper empty before touching it to my nails - there is still enough liquid on the dropper to wet both nails. I don't worry about the qtip or about letting the nails dry, I just wipe the excess liquid off with my sock and then put my socks on and get on with my life.Something I forgot to mention in my original review: Probelle has no odor, never stings, and has not damaged any clothes. It's a great product.

I have been fighting toenail fungus for 20 or more years. I have actually lost three whole toe nails so infected they just lifted off while cleaning out the residue under them. I didn't want to take the oral meds for the fungus because it can cause terrible side effects.My big toes were so thick they were curling into the sides of my toes causing so much pain.I have tried everything out there spending hundreds of dollars for vinegar smelling solutions that didn't work.I did what I had done with the others & used a rough emery board & filled the whole nail. Then twice a day I put on Probelle. I started using it on Aug. 30th. It was almost empty and a miracle happened. I clean under & around my toenails after I shower. The area where the toenails toenails had been curling into my toes lifted out. My nails are pink again & it seems my nails are growing faster. I'm on my second bottle now & I'm using it once a day at bedtime. I'm so happy with this great product. I had no reactions from the solution such as redness or burning & there is no odor.I will be purchasing it again ihrough Subscribe & Save for the 3rd time.
