The pen is amazing, the seller pathetic.
The product is sold price to price, meaning purchasing it from amazon provides no added advantage other than the convenience of receiving it at home.I purchased it twice, at first I received pens that didn't come sealed in their original packing and were not working (all six of them!). The replacement I received was shockingly a pack of Mitsubishi lead pencils.On a different occasion, when I ordered the same pens, hoping I won't be inconvenienced this time, I received the pens, removed from their original packing, placed in a Mitsubishi pencil covering. And this time too, not working.It has been a frustrating experience ordering the pens online.
