I really enjoyed using this product in order to cut my favorite chicken-apple sausage links. and vegetables. I love to sauté vegetables, so this knife really came in handy for me and cut them all very smoothly! This knife has stayed very sharp and clean (I've only ever hand washed it). I remember using plastic covers for my knives in the past, but this felt-like cover for it is perfect and will not easily break as the plastic ones did! As for holding the knife, it is so comfortable. I am somewhat of a beginner and have learned a lot about the quality of knives through my restaurant and hospitality undergraduate program, and I know this knife would have been acceptable to my instructors!

Such a great knife at a great price point. Good for fish and fruits and vegetables. Stays sharp very well and has a very nice, ergonomic handle.

I liked that this knife was light and very sharp. It also helps that it comes with a sharpener to keep the edge. Light handle, not bulky, sharp edge.
