WOW
So after buying and returning 2 ‘highly rated’ ultrasonic diffusers that cost ~$65 & $85 I decided to really do research and find the best product for what I want. That’s when I found nebulizing diffusers. There’s two popular brands on Amazon Aromis & Organic Aromas. I went with Aromis because Organic Aromas got poor customer service reviews and many stopped working right when their return period expired. This diffuser fills not just my living room, not just my kitchen but the ENTIRE house. Now mind you my home is single level and about 880 sq.ft. but that’s still pretty friggin incredible. This next part of the review reveals my bias. Included in the box is a paper explaining that the have instructional videos in addition to their separate instruction booklet, they provide replacement parts and their warranty is 1 year. The number that is provided is a Colorado Number. This was printed on purple paper (my favorite color) and the business is in Colorado (my favorite state). My bias does not diminish that this is a quality product with customer service access clearly outlined. The scent is definitely more pure and clear now that water is out of the picture...I’m done with traditional diffusers. If you are reading this put the item in your cart and checkout. Seriously.

Bad design and noise
I love the way this looks and I wanted to love it, but I regret that I bought it. First of all, it's noisy. And then it only stays on for 15 mins and turns off, then turns back on. There is no option for keeping it on. I normally use it before going to bed, and I fall asleep, but get woken up when it turns back on after 15 minutes with the noise. There is another issue. Instead of the powder cord coming out of the back of the diffuser, it comes out from just the right of the "on" knob. That means the cord needs to be wrapped around the back so you can plug in - very strange design. Otherwise, it does diffuse and it looks beautiful, but I am planning to get something more quieter with better design.

too difficult to change scents
I would not have purchased this had I know one had to pour alcohol into it when changing scents and then wait for it to diffuse out. The glass is hard to push onto the rubber base and it specifically says don't twist it on. That seems like the best way to get it on but I pushed it on as stated and realized I will not want to continue to do this every time I want to change scents. Very unhappy with it.in addition now several months later, it makes an awful sound.

Great combination of technology and artistry
This is one of those instances where spending 3X the cheaper options gives you a product not 3X better in terms of quality, elegance, and functionality; rather, there is no comparison, and if forced to put a number on it, I'd say this $90 nebulizer diffuser is 50X superior to any $30 "ultrasonic" (humidifier) diffuser on the market. Even on the lowest output setting it doesn't take long for my 700sf apartment to be filled with the aroma of whichever oil I'm diffusing. The high cost of essential oils is watsted by using heating or humidifying diffusers. The only thing to be aware of before your purchase is the glass part requires frequent cleaning, which is easy enough to do, but you have to have delicate yet stable hands as it is fragile.

... this diffuser based on the "natural" look and the good customer reviews regarding Aromis
After researching reviews I purchased this diffuser based on the "natural" look and the good customer reviews regarding Aromis. I've been very pleased with both the product and Aromis. The diffuser is pretty enough to leave out in any room and covers the entire lower level of my home nicely. After a month of use it simply stopped working and when I contacted Amazon for return information I was pleasantly surprised by both Amazon service and the resulting Aromis service. My request was to return the base only for replacement and Amazon contacted Aromis on my behalf. Aromis responded immediately and suggested it sounded like the power cord and sent replacement that arrived within 3 days. They correctly assessed the problem and corrected much faster than I would have considered acceptable.
