Zero break-in time and VERY comfortable for skiing to chainsaws
Only one negative: it does bleed some yellow vegetable dye onto your hands. After a day's use your hands will be a bit yellow. It washes off fairly easily with normal soap. I use these gloves for all work projects and the double palm/fingers really adds to the comfort when I'm using my chainsaws and power equipment in terms of vibration dampening and improved tool grip over time. The water resistance is MEH. You can use SnowSeal or any other silicone based boot grease to help maintain water resistance but the glove is smooth out leather so the most waterproof part of the leather (exterior grain) is also the surface that will get the wear and tear. SO... waterproofness will degrade quickly as the gloves get abraded. It's leather... it's not waterproof. It's fine for intermittent light rain but don't get your expectations up. For waterproof, nothing beats rubber or thick silicone dipped gloves.

My hands are orange.
I actually like the quality of these gloves. But, if you work in the hot, humid south... you will sweat a lot, your hands will be died orange. This photo is from this morning, before church. I worked for a couple hours while it was "cool" and my hands are still orange after 12 hours, a shower and multiple washings later. I also use Tillman Driving gloves that are died white and don't have this issue. If they offer this in white or natural, I would not hesitate to purchase again.

Best work gloves
Wow, comfortable and water resistant plus they fit well and start out soft. Wife bought me these as a stocking stuffers for Christmas and I love them for general work around the property.

Kinco Gloves are great for low budget
When I initially purchased these gloves, I wasn't expecting them to last very long being as I work in the steel construction industry; but I needed some gloves pronto and these were affordable and shipped faster than most others. They are pretty accurate as far as standard sizing goes. They are reasonably comfortable, and will hold up to most working conditions. I could see them holding up to being used for over six months of regular use. These gloves are semi-waterproof for a quick dunk, and offer medium heat resistance. They also offer a medium resistance to penetration. These gloves are thin enough to be able to work in, but not too thin, nor do they feel cheaply made.I would recommend these to the average consumer, who wants a decent pair of work or landscaping gloves.

Thick leather gloves for Hi-Vis situations
These are unlined, so not for winter use. They are also made of thick buffalo hide, which makes them feel quite sturdy and durable, but I haven't had them long enough to be able to say for sure how long they will last. However, thickness and stiffness is usually a sign of rugged leather, and these have both.Break in takes a while, they do not start out soft and supple like deerskin, but after a while they break in to be comfortable enough. One would assume you would be buying buffalo hide gloves for durability and more importantly, protection, and I have no doubt these would do a good job protecting your hands in an abrasive environment, or working with barbed wire far better than deerskin or even cowhide.

Tops in the Field
Got these to replace Wells-Lamonts that didn't last me 3 days wearing holes in fingers & palms (3 pairs in 10 days). Received these gloves & applied Pitch Blend Leather Dressing. Put them to use right off working red fir firewood. They took a whole month's abuse of firewood handling & dragging fire hose on wildlands fires. Yep, they got wet from water & sweat, bleeding a yellow tinge onto my hands that was simple to remove with Lava handsoap. The gloves dried & remained supple. These are working gloves, not some about town show pieces. These are the first gloves I've used that kept red fir fines & splinters out of my hands. Dexterity was fine for most all the jobs around the ranch. Yes, one cannot pick their noses or scratch their butts while wearing these but are top field gloves that are very reasonably priced.

Creased orange leather.
Bought these for outdoors and tools manipulation. They're not that nice smooth tan leather as on the picture, but rather a creasy ugly orange leather. And on top had a little cut on one of the finger. Maybe at original price could worth it for work glove, but with 17$ shipping, will not buy again.
